Ely is entrepreneurial minded Civil Engineer born and raised in Tampa Bay. After graduating from Florida State University Ely moved back to Tampa. With over 10 years of experience Ely has worked for two separate start-up civil engineering firms which he helped grow to over 40 plus employees. He has a wide range of project experience in all aspects of site design, from due diligence evaluations through site design to construction & close out. He excels at client and project management, master planning, permitting, and is technically proficient stormwater modeling, roadway and utility design. 

Jeff received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky in 1998. He has held his State Certified General Contracting License for 20+ years and has over 2.5 decades of experience in the industry. Prior to forming his own construction and real estate development firms, Jeff previously worked as a Project Manager for the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers managing multiple projects within the Ohio River Division.  

Prior to Baysite, Jeremy opened and started Southeast Retail Group in January 2016. His resume includes over 20 years of experience on project leasing, tenant representation, investment sales, land sales and development of retail shopping centers. 

Jeremy brings an extensive background in all aspects of tenant and landlord representation, from market studies and site selection to identification of emerging market trends and effective negotiations. His vast knowledge of GIS (Geographical Information Systems) allows him to spot and map trends, being the first to act on them.
